An urban public research university and national model for student success in Atlanta, the cultural and economic center of the Southeast.
- Improved office efficiency by acting as a liaison for clients and financial aid counselors as well as providing on-campus support for financial services inquiries..
- Frequently took on extra duties such as conducting financial aid auditing by verifying accuracy of student's work study payments for the Department of Education.
- Collaborated with the verification team to ensure that all student documents followed the Department of Education policies by returning incomplete or inaccurate documents.

Panther Food Recovery Network
Treasurer | 2016 - 2017.
The first Food Recovery Network chapter in the state of Georgia. PFRN works to recover food from the Georgia State University campus and deliver it to organizations assisting oppressed and neglected populations in downtown Atlanta.
- Applied for grant funding through Georgia State’s Office of Sustainability to help fund organization and was awarded with over $10,000 for the 2018 fiscal year.
- Kept track of both fundraising and grant funding money.
- Brainstormed funding ideas and collaborates with Event Coordinator to develop funding raising events and campaigns.
Galaxy Cauldron Forums
Administrative Director | 2015 - 2017
An online community of over 2,000 members that provides a platform for users to discuss Japanese media and content.
- Received and recorded site donations and handed out donation packages to donators.
- Official backup administrator for any admin on a leave of absence in order to maintain site coverage.
- Coordinated with other administrators with projects and duties such as organizing site events and site maintenance
- Moderated overall site and helped enforced site rules/code of conduct to maintain user experience quality.
